Andrea Kristin lives in the Central Alberta prairies with her husband and children on their organic market garden farm, affectionately known as Grey Arrow Farm (@greyarrowfarm). Every summer, they feed delicious vegetables to local families through their CSA program. She loves to write, paint, and photograph. She enjoys good food and taking in the beauty of this wild world.

Her writing seeks to inspire joy and creativity while keeping things grounded and achievable. As an ambitious mother of five, she intimately understands the complexities of juggling family, well-being, business, and creative interests. “I don’t know that there is a perfect blend, but I find with a little intention, you can get a lot closer,” she affirms. “At the end of the day, love is the glue that brings it all together, for sure.”

Her debut book, Fresh Grown, marks the first of several long-dreamt-about books she looks forward to sharing with us. Her interests span various genres, and we look forward to seeing what more she brings.
